We usually write to make you smile. Today, we’re writing through blurry eyes and heavy hearts.

Because one of our feline brothers in Montandon, Pennsylvania, was just shot. Left paralyzed. And found dragging his back legs through a yard—eaten alive by flies.

Yes, it’s as horrifying as it sounds. But you need to hear it. Because someone did this. On purpose.

🩸 What Happened in Montandon Trailer Court?

In Jacob’s Street, Montandon PA, a kind human discovered a young male cat who couldn’t walk. He was estimated to be 1–3 years old, unneutered, and had no microchip. His back legs didn’t work. He was covered in open sores.

Then came the X-ray.
💥 He had been shot. Near his lungs. The bullet entered his spine.

He is now permanently paralyzed from the chest down. He cannot pee or poop on his own. He is suffering—and despite every effort from rescuers, there’s no saving his body.

Only mercy left.

💔 This Was No Accident. This Was Cruelty.

We wish this were rare. But it’s not. In rural areas of PA, cats are often treated as disposable.
But this? This was personal. This was evil.

He wasn’t hit by a car.
He wasn’t sick and untreated.
He was shot and left to die slowly.
