Cozy Kitty Cafe's Independence Weekend Celebration Has Become a Community Fundraiser
Cozy Kitty Cafe's Independence Weekend celebration has taken on a new purpose.
Following a recent panleukopenia outbreak among kittens receiving medical care, the cafe has temporarily closed while staff continue deep cleaning, sanitizing, and caring for the affected kittens. The adult cat lounge cats remain healthy, and the team is doing everything possible to safely reopen as soon as possible.
To help offset lost income during the temporary closure, the Independence Weekend celebration has been transformed into a community fundraiser at a new location.
If you've ever visited Cozy Kitty Cafe, adopted a cat, or simply appreciate the work they do for rescue animals, this is an opportunity to give back.
