Guest hold up their finished mosaic pieces in PA
Listen, we’ve seen our hoomans do a lot of things—buying us treats, brushing our fur, and singing embarrassing songs while scooping the litter box—but crafting a mosaic version of us? That was new.
Last Wednesday, August 13th, from 6–8 PM, we snuck into Mud Queen Pottery in Harrisburg, PA (okay, fine, we were carried in tote bags… we’re dramatic) for Amanda’s Mosaic Pet Art Class with Mosaic Montage. And let us tell you—this was two hours of pure, glittering magic.
🐾 The Vibe: Pawsitive Energy & Sea-Glass Dreams
Amanda, our fearless creative leader, welcomed every animal lover like an old friend. You didn’t need to know the first thing about art—she walked everyone through:
Choosing your base: A 10” pre-painted cat or dog cut-out. (Obviously, we voted for cats.)
Picking your “fur”: Smooth, safe-to-touch, machine-tumbled stained glass in every color you could imagine.
Designing your masterpiece: Tips on patterns, color combos, and making your pet’s personality shine.
The best part? The entire class was stress-free. No claws-out moments, no “you’re doing it wrong.” Just laughter, creativity, and the occasional “oh my whiskers, that’s gorgeous!”
