BERKS COUNTY, PA — Final Call for ARL After PawTee Tickets as Golf Outing Nears

With the course already full and the event date approaching, the Animal Rescue League of Berks County is entering the final stretch for one of its most anticipated spring fundraisers.

After PawTee tickets are still available—but not for long.

The evening event, scheduled for May 29 at Manor Golf Course, remains the last open entry point for community members looking to take part in ARL’s Not Your Grandfather’s Golf Outing, which has already sold out its golf registrations.

A Sold-Out Day, Still Open at Night

The outing’s daytime component—golf foursomes—reached capacity earlier this month, reflecting continued growth in participation and support.

That momentum now shifts into the evening.

The After PawTee, running from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, is structured as a standalone experience, offering access to the event without requiring a golf slot.

🕓 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Tickets include:

  • a $15 food truck voucher

  • two drink tickets

  • access to raffles and event activities

What the After PawTee Has Become

While originally positioned as a follow-up to the golf outing, the After PawTee has increasingly become its own draw.

In past years, attendance has included:

  • local supporters who don’t golf

  • volunteers and sponsors

  • community members attending specifically for the evening portion

The result is a different kind of atmosphere—less structured, more social, and open to a wider range of participants.

Why This Window Matters

At this stage, the timing is the story.

With the event less than a week away and core registrations already closed, remaining tickets are limited to:

  • After PawTee access

  • final sponsorship placements (where available)

For many local fundraisers, this is the point where participation narrows.

In this case, it remains open—but briefly.

Where the Impact Goes

Funds raised through the event support ARL’s ongoing work, including:

  • rescue and intake operations

  • veterinary care and rehabilitation

  • adoption services

  • community outreach programs

These events serve as a primary funding source—particularly heading into peak intake seasons.

A Familiar Event, Still Evolving

Stray Cat News has covered this event across multiple cycles, tracking its growth from a traditional golf outing into a layered community fundraiser.

👉 Previous coverage:

What’s consistent year to year is the structure.

What continues to change is the scale.

What to Expect If You Attend

For those planning to attend the After PawTee, the experience typically centers around:

  • casual movement between food vendors

  • raffle participation

  • informal social time with attendees and supporters

It’s less about a fixed schedule—and more about presence.

(We’ve found most people stay longer than they planned to.)

Limited Time to Join

At this point, the options are clear.

👉 Golf: Sold out
👉 After PawTee: Still available

With the event date set for May 29, remaining availability is expected to close soon.

Because once this window passes…

participation shifts from open to observed.
